Hi Yorkie lovers!

My goal is to breed for the betterment of the breed and to produce quality Yorkies from champion bloodlines.

I have ten female and two male Yorkies.

The females: Chiva, Zaza, Trixi, Salat, Catori, Shadow Moon, Angel Angeni, Yamka, Mansi, Mukki.

The males: Chesmu and Chief Viho.

Chiva was my first Yorkie, given to me as a present in 2004. I fell in love with the Breed and had to have another Yorkie puppy - so I bought Zaza. From here on I just had to have another and the rest followed.

Trixi and Salat were IMPORTED from Hungary and have the famous DURRER (Canada) bloodline.

My fifteen Yorkshire Terriers have as best friend a Great Dane/Ridge Back cross (Dune) who keep them company and play with them. It is amazing to see how the big dog adapt when playing with them. She never hurt the small dogs and it is as if she know that she should be careful and gentle in interacting with them. My Yorkies are raised in our home with TLC and even have there own bedroom with access to the back yard and their own little garden. Their room is heated for cold winter periods and I have learned that they are fond of soft blankets and squeaking toys.

Having a Yorkie is very rewarding in that these dogs are intelligent, social, excellent watch dogs, and wonderful friends to have. You can not leave a Yorkie alone for long periods; they are like little people and need constant attention. Yorkies are very fragile and you should not get a Yorkie as pet if you have small children. They can be dropped and get hurt easily.

We at Chivaza Yorkshire Terriers - strive to produce healthy, well socialized loving puppies that are home-reared. Yorkie puppies will be available from time to time from the ages of 8-12 weeks.
